IMPORTANT NOTICE: THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND WAIVER OF JURY TRIALS AND CLASS ACTIONS GOVERNING DISPUTES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AS DETAILED IN THE "DISPUTE RESOLUTION, BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER" SECTION.
Welcome to TravelFastAndEasy ("TravelFastAndEasy", "we", "our", or "us"). This document explains the terms under which you may use our services, including the www.travelfastandeasy.com website, our mobile applications, and other software provided in connection with our services (collectively, the "Service").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or using any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy (collectively, the "Agreements"). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
2. Nature of Relationship & Authorization
2.1. Independent Contractor Status. We are an independent private company and are not affiliated with any government agency, embassy, or consulate.
2.2. Limited Power of Attorney. By purchasing our Service, you expressly appoint and authorize TravelFastAndEasy to act as your representative for the specific purpose of processing and submitting your travel document applications.
2.3. Modifications to Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
2.4. No Guarantee of Approval or Timing. The granting of travel documents is entirely at the sole discretion of the issuing government authority.
3. Language & Communications
3.1. Governing Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of discrepancy, the English version controls.
3.2. User Acknowledgement. Inability to read English is not a valid basis for voiding this contract or requesting a refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. Exclusion of Damages. TravelFastAndEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed flights, hotel costs, or government delays.
4.2. Liability Cap. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior; or (b) $100 USD.
5. Indemnification & User Accuracy
You agree to defend and hold harmless TravelFastAndEasy against claims arising from your use, violation of terms, or inaccurate data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of submitted information.
6. Refund Policy
Government fees are strictly non-refundable once paid. Service fees are non-refundable once submitted to the government. Refund requests must be handled via the self-service option on your application status page.
7. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any disputes shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration conducted before the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action.
8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us first at support@travelfastandeasy.com. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a permanent ban and cancellation of active travel applications.
9. Termination & Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access for staff abuse, suspicious activity, sanctions, or non-compliance.
